Students build a territory control game where leaving safety allows players to claim new ground—but at serious risk.
Players move across a grid, drawing capture paths outside their safe zone. If they successfully return, the enclosed area is claimed. But enemies can break the trail at any moment, resetting progress.
As the game progresses, enemies move faster, spawn more frequently, and territory becomes harder to secure. Expanding control becomes a constant risk-reward decision.
